Licensed as a Registered Nurse in her home state of North Carolina, she has worked in multiple settings with adolescent and adult populations in the mental health and substance use disorders arena. She is an active CARF surveyor. Her experience as a behavioral health executive in both provider organizations and managed care entities gives a unique perspective for organizations seeking and maintaining Carf accreditation.
